13 WOMEN

The exhibition 13 WOMEN will feature female artists from the museum’s collection to honor the 13 women who founded the Balboa Pavilion Gallery, OCMA’s predecessor institution. The show also marks the museum’s 60th anniversary, having opened in 1962. The exhibition, curated by Heidi Zuckerman, will be presented in multiple rotations, each featuring 13 female artists from the collection who play important roles in art history and share the visionary nature of the 13 museum founders.
